Received comprehensive training on Maliban's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system, gaining exposure to all 21 production and operational KPIs used to monitor manufacturing performance. Learned how each KPI influences productivity, quality, cost, waste reduction, equipment efficiency, and overall business performance. Participated in KPI monitoring activities related to labor productivity and wrapper damage in the packing section, while developing an understanding of data-driven decision-making, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement practices within a large-scale food manufacturing environment.
