I am Kaviduni Seramika, a final-year BSc (Hons) Food Science & Nutrition undergraduate at the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, currently completing my industrial training as a Production Trainee at Maliban Biscuit Manufactories (PVT) Ltd.
I am passionate about quality assurance, production, and research & development, with hands-on exposure to HACCP compliance, production monitoring, and quality record-keeping in a real manufacturing environment. I enjoy applying scientific and analytical knowledge to improve processes and product quality, and I am currently completing my final year research project on the functional potential of yam flours in chicken meat emulsions.
Beyond the lab and production floor, I have been an active member of several university societies and clubs, and I bring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills built through years of extracurricular involvement.
